Thanks to our dance and physical education branch, your children both learn to dance and do physical movements that will be beneficial for their body. There are four different sub-headings within these branches; Zumba, Pilates, Yoga and Dance.

Zumba: Presenting a fun form of fitness, zumba is included in children’s lives in a natural flow thanks to the components it contains and offers them the elements of the developmental phase in childhood in a simple way.

Zumba lessons with a large group of participants cover many phenomena. Zumba is compatible with many developmental phase elements and phenomena such as leadership, respect, teamwork, self-confidence, memory, creativity, balance and cultural awareness. As you can see, zumba is not a branch that can only be defined as an entertainment / leisure activity. If we need to talk about the enrichment of the social life of children and their contribution to the developing physiology; We can talk about increasing the coordination and muscle power potential and, consequently, the realization of body dominance.

Pilates: With the widespread use of the phone and internet recently, the mobility of children has decreased considerably. Many children spend most of their time on the phone, computer or television screen. As a result of this situation, posture disorders occurred in children and permanent disorders in their bodies occurred despite their very young ages. In order to prevent this situation, we have a great suggestion that you can both relax and improve your child Pilates!

With the Pilates branch, many children will no longer experience posture disorders and will be able to easily eliminate the physical problems they experience. Pilates enables children to gain sports and movement skills in a very comfortable way and to strengthen them. However, it provides flexibility and coordination to a great extent.

Yoga: As we know, yoga relaxes both the mind and body, stretches and contributes to its development; It is an art / sports form that includes a wide variety of sub-branches.

Our kids yoga classes create strong bonds between children’s bodies and minds and enable them to complete their developmental stages in a healthy way. While doing yoga, children both gain flexibility and their muscles develop simultaneously.

They gain practice in keeping balance and manage their body dominance. As they learn the right breathing techniques, they begin to experience the benefits of proper breathing at a very early age, and this gain has substantial positive effects in their adulthood.

Dance: Dance is one of the branches that children feel most comfortable doing. Because dancing makes the happiness hormone work in the body. While children learn dance lessons belonging to different cultures, they also develop their body skills. Dance improves not only physical skills, but also mental skills. Children have broader focus and higher attention.

Regularly repeating movements and trying to make movements allows children to be more patient and more disciplined.
